Process

So what’s involved to start using Customer Stories?

It’s a fairly straight forward process as seen by the steps below.


Step 1.  Customize the interview presentation

Add the unique facets of your customer engagements
Add the branding elements of your business (logo, tag lines, etc.)


Step 2.  Create major groupings of customers

Create groups based on the type of work performed and/or the main motivation for the work.

For example, a construction company will have kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels.  Some examples of motivations for a kitchen remodel include
            – create a pass through area
            – add a bar to the end of the kitchen
            – add an island in the middle of the kitchen


Step 3.  Identify customers within each group

Step 4.  Schedule and conduct the interview

Step 6.  Transcribe the interview

Step 7.  Publish the Facet pages
