In essence a Customer Story is a reusable published reference check for your business. A custom presentation is used to interview your customer to solicit answers to questions on every facet of their engagement.
The custom presentation ensures the logical grouping of questions and serves as a check list so all facets are discussed. Each section of the presentation will present thought-provoking content to the customer to trigger recollections of the engagement.
After the interview is complete, the publishing begins. The audio of the interview will be combined with the presentation to create video clips for each facet of the engagement. The key findings for a particular facet along with its associated video clip will be published on a Facet Page on the businesses’ website. By key findings, we mean anything noteworthy, good or bad.
